For many children, many murmurs go away on their own and it is not necessary to take any medication or treatment as children grow. For adults, murmurs may also disappear as the underlying condition producing them improves.
If the problem does not go away itself and you are facing the problem for long time, you should consult with doctor and ask him for the treatment. You do not need to worry. If underlying health problem is serious, then your doctor will give you some test to know the problem and later he will provide some treatment as well.
